Where to watch the Premier League in Nigeria

SuperSport shows the Premier League in Nigeria, on DStv and GOtv. The cheapest package with the dedicated SuperSport Premier League channel is GOtv Supa+ at ₦16,800 a month; DStv Yanga at ₦6,000 carries selected matches.

Prices read off the broadcasters' own Nigeria sites on 17 October 2026. Prices and rights change by season, so check with the broadcaster before you pay.

Packages that carry the Premier League

Monthly prices in naira, as DStv Nigeria and GOtv Nigeria list them.

Channels: SuperSport Premier League, with some matches on SuperSport Action and SuperSport GOtv Football.

A separate free-to-air deal puts a set of Premier League matches each season on free TV across much of sub-Saharan Africa, but it does not name a Nigerian channel, so we cannot point you to one.

Showmax closed as a standalone service on 30 April 2026, so it is no longer an option.

Premier League kick-off times in Nigeria (WAT)

Nigeria is on WAT (UTC+1) all year. From 25 October 2026, when Europe's clocks go back, the usual slots are:

From the last Sunday in March, when Europe moves to summer time, each kick-off is one hour earlier in Nigeria. Every match page on Livescore44 shows the kick-off in your own time, and today's matches in Nigeria are listed in Lagos time.

Watching on a phone, and saving data

The DStv app (DStv Stream) comes at no extra cost with a DStv package, and shows what your package carries. GOtv customers stream with GOtv Stream. MyDStv and MyGOtv are for paying and managing your account, not for watching.

Streaming a full match uses far more data than following the score. Watch on Wi-Fi when you can, set the app to a lower video quality in its settings, and download nothing over mobile data that you can get on Wi-Fi later. When data is short, follow the score instead on Livescore44 Lite, a text-only page that loads on very little data.
